How to Complete the KNUCUBE Satisfaction Survey (Extracurricular Program)

This post explains the general procedure for completing the mandatory satisfaction survey on KNUCUBE after participating in an extracurricular program.

※ This guide is based on user experience. No personal information, student IDs, or internal system data are included.

Example Program Information

  • Program Title: How to Write a High-Quality Paper Using AI
  • Operation Period: January 14, 2026
  • Related Competencies: Basic Research Skills, Professional Knowledge, Research & Academic Ethics, Resource Utilization

Step 1. Log in to KNUCUBE

  • Access the KNUCUBE platform and log in with your university account.

Step 2. Navigate to My Career / My Page

  • From the top menu, click My Career or My Page.
  • Select Competency Development Status.

Step 3. Open Extracurricular Activities

  • Click Extracurricular Activities or Competency Development Activities.
  • Locate the list of applied programs.

Step 4. Select the Program

Click the program titled:

How to Write a High-Quality Paper Using AI

Step 5. Start the Satisfaction Survey

  • Once the program status changes to Completed, the Satisfaction Survey button becomes available.
  • Click Satisfaction Survey.

Step 6. Complete the Survey Questions

Please answer all required questions:

  1. The program information and prior guidance were well provided.
  2. The program was operated in line with its objectives.
  3. The program helped improve the related competencies.
  4. I would like to participate in this program again.
  5. I am satisfied with the educational and administrative services provided.
  6. I am satisfied with the program overall.

Response options:

  • Strongly Agree
  • Agree
  • Neutral
  • Disagree
  • Strongly Disagree

Step 7. Save and Submit

  • After answering all questions, click Save or Submit.

Step 8. Confirm Successful Submission

If the survey is submitted successfully, the following message appears:

This means “The request has been processed successfully.”

Important Notes

  • Completing the satisfaction survey is mandatory for extracurricular program recognition.
  • If the program status shows Under Evaluation, the survey may not yet be available.
  • Failure to complete the survey may affect extracurricular credit or scholarship point consideration.
